Dr. Janal is officially ART certified!

What is ART?
Active Release Technique is a non-invasive approach to address soft tissue and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Since she is just starting with the lower extremities, Dr. Janal can help you work through issues affecting the feet, ankles, legs, knees, and hips. These can include the following:

Runner’s knee
Plantar fasciitis
Compartment syndrome
Nerve entrapments
Ligament Sprains
Shin splints
Iliotibial band (ITB) syndrome

Exciting News! I would like to officially announce that Dr. Janal Sampang, DC will be joining me as an associate chiropractor! Some of you have met her already as she has been working with me as an intern and assistant for the past several months and now she is officially Dr. Janal 🙌. An update with pictures. It's been over a year since I took over and for most of that time I was by myself in the office. It helped me realize my vision of Westside Chiropractic is to go back to where it was when I first started with Dr. Mike in 2008, smaller and cozier. I am finally putting that into action. I had the wall built again to separate the office back into 2 suites and moved everything into Suite 4 where the original office was before the expansion. It's much easier to manage when I am by myself and being back in old room, even though it's small, feels like home. So far I have had positive feedback once people get over the confusion of the wall and get tgir bearings 😉. If you know of anyone looking for office space, the other side is available for lease.

It’s been awhile since I have posted! I am in the process of consolidating the office to one suite (OG Westside Chiropractic side!) and won’t have space for most of the furniture. I have one of the blue couches and 2 IKEA shelving units that I no longer need. If you or anyone you know might be interested in obtaining one or all of these cool things DM me on IG or FB. I am offering them up to the Westside Chiropractic family before I post them elsewhere. Thanks!
