Today’s Arts & Crafts with Mary Leahy was all about fall colors, creativity, and good company. Our residents created gorgeous autumn wreaths to brighten up their homes for Thanksgiving and had a great time doing it. 🍂❤️

Every other Thursday, the Revere Room transforms into a space for curiosity, conversation, and creativity thanks to Art Appreciation with Adam Donovan.

Today, we’re diving into Renoir’s “Sunday Dance at the Moulin de la Galette” - the quintessential Impressionist celebration of light, laughter, and life in Paris. 🇫🇷✨

Adam’s classes aren’t lectures; they’re lively conversations about beauty, art, and how it connects us all. (And yes, there’s always room for jazz, too. 🎶)

We can’t wait to see everyone this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the Revere Room!

🌊 Meet Peggy Lewy, our Resident of the Month!

Peggy’s life could be a Beach Boys song. She grew up surfing the SoCal waves, racing sailboats, and bringing her sunshine wherever she goes. ☀️

These days, she’s just as lively here at Sterling Court, walking downtown for morning coffee, playing cards with friends, and welcoming new residents with warmth and laughter. Her motto?
💬 “My goal in life is to make ten people laugh a day.”

👻🎃 Halloween Magic at Sterling Court! 🎃👻

Our favorite little visitors from the Early Learning School are stopping by tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. to show off their adorable costumes and sing for all the Grandmas and Grandpas, always a heartwarming treat! 💕

And later, Chef Denis is cooking up a spooky (but delicious!) Halloween dinner at 4:30 p.m. in the Dining Room. 🍽️

It’s a full day of smiles, songs, and sweet surprises - the Sterling Court way. 🧡✨

Join Dmitry for our next Sunday walk tomorrow, October 26 at 1:00pm at Coyote Point Park or Foster City Park (weather permitting).

Walking together is one of our favorite ways to stay active, enjoy nature, and connect with friends, because every step is better when shared. 💛👟

Our Safeway Vaccine Clinic is coming on Thursday, October 30, from 10:00am to 1:00pm, making it easy to get your flu shot right here at home.
