Role Title: Happy-Helpr

Being a HappyHelpr is striving to help our future everyday and providing help to our clients with a smile, great attitude, and supervision to destress parents and take the educational load off of their shoulders and onto ours, real time. We help with current live schooling, homework, and overall keeping their children on task and attentive to their educational agenda.

Responsibilities Could Include But Are Not Limited To:
-1+ years' experience with child care
-Must be able to get to the jobs (will not be driving children)
-Must be dependable and punctual
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be good with Technology (helping kids log into Zoom calls)
-Help with any schoolwork if needed
-Help with projects and activities
-Help with real time needs for kids during "live" school time
-Be available spur of the moment if necessary
-Keep children safe
-Make sure that you are engaged with the children
-Keep children clean and organized
-Light housekeeping

COVID19 Protocol
-HappyHelpr will provide masks, gloves, and sanitizer for HappyHelpr staff
-Dress-code is required
-Screening from HappyHelpr staff will be required

Our process and purpose to goal is to relieve the stress of the parent and help kids stay focused on their school work with kindness, helpful hands, and the patience to help them grow.
