Hey everyone. What an amazing day today has been. Wow I just love it when one of my clients get amazed at their recent weight loss or inch loss. Just today I had an individual lose 12 1/2 inches in 60 minutes. Her daughter states her mom has more energy, more self confidence and is now very active in her life. Hey everyone. Just wanted to let everybody know that my Health Nutritional Weight Loss class went off pretty well last night. There was a large amount of questions that was asked and I thank God I had some answers for them. The class lasted 2 and a half hours and it was only scheduled for 45 minutes. Wow! I'm giving another one on Tuesday, November 24th at 6PM. Hope you can make it if you're in the area. In fact, it is so informative, you should come even if you don't live in the bay area. Wow today I've been out in the Suisun City neighborhood talking and meeting with people. I truly enjoyed it. I also brought along my young assistants: Jessiah, Jayla, and Jaylan, all from the neighborhood who helped me pass out flyers and cards. They did a marvelous job.
