We absolutely LOVE showing up for our community—and the Heartwood School auction was no exception. What an incredible night at PERI’S in Fairfax ✨

There’s nothing better than coming together to support local schools, families, and the next generation. At Hot Yoga Republic, giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are.

We are always honored to contribute in any way we can—supporting anyone and everyone in our community. Whether it’s schools, kids, adults, families, single parents, or anyone going through a season where a little extra support, connection, or care can make a difference—we’re here for it.

Because sometimes what people need most is a place to land… a space to move, breathe, reset, and feel better. A community that lifts you up and reminds you that you’re not doing life alone.

Our mission has always been bigger than the hot room. Yes, we bring the heat—but we also bring connection, support, and a space where people can feel stronger, lighter, and more at home in themselves.

To be able to donate, participate, and be part of something so meaningful is truly the best feeling.

Some things just hit different… and the 🔥 Firehorse Challenge 🔥 is one of them.

We’ve been getting the most incredible daily notes from so many of you—sharing how you’re showing up to ignite, to release, to simply feel better in your bodies and your minds. And honestly… it’s everything.

Watching this community lean in, support each other, and commit to themselves has been such a fun, powerful journey.

And guess what? We’re not done yet.

We’ve got another week (and then some) to go—so let’s keep showing up, keep pushing, keep breathing through it all.

🔥 The HYR Fire Horse Challenge Starts Tomorrow! 🔥

March 8 is a big day — Spring Forward, International Women’s Day, and the start of the HYR Fire Horse Challenge.

Join us for a 30-day reset (March 8 – April 8) designed to help you drop what’s weighing you down and ignite the life you actually want to be living.

This isn’t about competition.
It’s about momentum — small daily decisions that move you forward mentally, physically, and spiritually.

✨ How to join:
• Email kathryn@hotyogarepublic.com to get on the daily inspiration list
• Write a goal at the studio — something you’re ready to release or ignite
• Drop it in our Fire Horse bowl at the front desk
• Show up, sweat, breathe, reset, repeat
