A gorgeous share from our study group on the healing power of harmonizing with the forces of nature: I'm feeling light. I wasn't when we started, and I told Michelle I felt like sludge. I didn't have to work through it or do anything, and I feel grateful for the ongoing sine waves of how we can be fully embodied when stuff is going on.

We all deserve to be nourished. Our bodies, and the world, benefit so much when we are deeply fed!

🌀 It’s easier to remember how when we practice in groups, because we share energy & intelligence with one another. Neuroscientists call this mirroring, I call it transmission.
