A gorgeous share from our study group on the healing power of harmonizing with the forces of nature: "Sometimes we don't know that we're holding until we're not holding, until the release. And then, oh my gosh, this space. I didn't realize how much I was holding on to in whatever capacity. It's physical, emotional, mental, energetic. How yummy it feels is so exciting."

We all deserve to be nourished. Our bodies, and the world, benefit so much when we are deeply fed!
