Highly sensitive people can get in the habit of being overstimulated, aka overaroused, more often than not. And guess what? Being overstimulated makes focus really challenging. It can even happen that your work or your work environment is what overstimulates you.
You can change this! You can thrive at work. It will take some effort and might make you wonder if it’s worth it, but IT IS. You got this.
