Over the years, I’ve noticed this again and again:
When the pattern is clean, the body keeps it.

I’m so proud of my progress to Get-Up 120lbs at the age of 56 this year with 2-hip replacements. Both ankles broken. Torn meniscus. Broken back. 3 hernias. Torn rotator cuff.
