Humanity is moving into a higher version of itself, and each soul that is here has agreed to do the same, at their own pace and in their own unique way. There has never been a time on our beautiful planet when this has been possible to this degree, and that translates directly to you. We each hold within us all that we need for this incredible journey of life. I am here to help clear the way and guide you to access your gifts and purpose even more. Each offering that I share here is precisely for this - realizing who we really are and becoming more of that. I am a Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery (SMGI™) Coach, which is a gentle, profound, and deeply healing modality that quickly and easily releases trauma from the body. I offer my clients 30 minute readings, giving them the clarity, support, and reality testing that they are looking for. In addition, I am a Clarity Breathwork™ practitioner. I see clients privately and facilitate groups. Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful modality for healing and transformation. It increases the energy in the body, brings clarity of mind, and the release of emotional issues and stress. I work with clients in person at a healing studio in Sausalito, CA or online via Zoom.
