Somewhere along the way, adulthood taught us to complicate connection.
We overthink. We analyze. We hesitate.
Meanwhile, children walk up to each other and simply say,
“Hi… want to be friends?”
And just like that—connection happens. No fear of rejection. No overanalyzing tone or timing. Just presence, curiosity, and openness.
Kids see each other. They greet each other. They let joy be simple.
But as adults, we build walls where bridges could be.
What if we unlearned that?
What if we smiled more, spoke first, reached out without overthinking?
Imagine how much loneliness would soften… how much anxiety would ease… how many hearts would feel seen.
Maybe better mental health isn’t always about doing more.
Maybe it’s about remembering something we once knew.
Connection doesn’t have to be complicated.
Enjoy your day, Warriors
