Your thoughts are powerful… but they are not always true.
CBT teaches us to challenge distorted thinking:
➡️ Is this thought factual?
➡️ Is it helpful?
➡️ What evidence supports or contradicts it?
Scripture reminds us:
“Take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.” – 2 Corinthians 10:5
When a negative thought says:
“I’m not enough.”
CBT says: Where’s the proof?
Faith says: You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
You don’t have to believe every thought you think.
You can:
✨ Notice it
✨ Challenge it
✨ Replace it with truth
