About the Event:

This experience is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way. Chakras are the body’s energy centers, and throughout this experience we’ll gently work with each one to better understand our energy and how to support balance within ourselves.

Together, we’ll explore the chakra system through guided sound, intentional rest, and a thoughtfully curated food experience that aligns with each chakra. The sound bath will invite your nervous system to soften and settle, creating space for reflection, release, and deeper awareness.

Throughout the experience, food will be used intentionally to support each chakra, offering a grounded, sensory way to connect with themes of balance, energy, and nourishment.

This is a gentle, immersive afternoon meant to help you feel more centered, present, and supported—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
