💙This patient first came to see us for a consultation to evaluate if braces were needed, and still had multiple baby teeth present.

Dr. Peterson’s philosophy of treatment is to perform it at the ideal time to increase the efficiency and improve the outcome of the case.

Initially this patient wasn’t ready for treatment so we patiently waited until the time was ideal for treatment!

When the time was right, Dr. Peterson determined that braces and elastics were the best way to correct the following:

🦷- Moderate Crowding
🦷- Class II bite
🦷- Moderate deep bite
🦷- Narrow arches

He utilized the Pitts 21 Self Ligating braces bonded in the SAP position, with elastics and some IPR to create a beautiful, aesthetic smile. Great elastic wear lead to an ideal Class I bite. Due to the opportune timing of treatment this ideal result was accomplished in under 24 months!!🎆

🤯Mind blowing smile transformation🤯

Brooklyn came to us wanting to improve the esthetics of her smile. She really didn’t like how much gum tissue she showed when she smiled.

Dr. Peterson diagnosed her with the following at her consultation:
- Excessive gum tissue display
- Narrow arches
- Moderate crowding
- Deep bite

Brooklyn decided to do the gummy smile treatment. After a couple of visits in the braces we added 4 TADs (2 in the front and 2 in the back) to intrude the whole upper arch. We continued with elastics to maintain a good bite.

At the end we performed enamel contouring as well as a laser gingivectomy to really expose all those natural, beautiful teeth.

You’re going to love this one! 😎 This awesome kid came to our office with some concerns about his smile, particularly the gumminess of his smile.

He presented with the following:
- Gummy smile
- Spacing
- Narrow smile
- High maxillary frenum attachment
- Class II bite

We elected to do the following to treat this case to the Peterson Smile standards to create an amazing smile:
- Pitts 21 Self-ligating braces
