We LOVE this absolutely beautiful transformation! ✨🤩

Alyssa presented to us with the following:

- Severe narrow upper jaw with a posterior crossbite
- Full Class II bite on the right.
- Crowding on the upper and lower
- Misaligned midline

We utilized the following to treat her:

- Class II Motion Appliance
- Expander after the bite was corrected
- Pitts 21 Self Ligating braces with broad arch forms
- Elastics
- IPR (slenderizing between the teeth)
- Enamel contouring

Alyssa was an incredibly compliant patient and her smile turned out fantastic. She had a lot of bite discrepancies going on but she finished treatment in exactly 24 months and in the end she finished with a beautiful ! 💙

Melanie had a phase I treatment done at our office when she was younger. She had severe crowding, narrow arches, Class III jaw position (strong lower jaw), and open bite tendency.

We utilized the following to treat Melanie.

🦷Reverse Pull Headgear (to correct the jaw discrepancy)
🦷Pitts 21 Self Ligating braces with broad arch forms

Amazing results can be achieved even with moderate jaw discrepancies, especially with great compliance from the patient. Melanie turned out fantastic and we will miss having her in the office but we are so happy about her beautiful Peterson Smile! 🥰🥳

A smile designed by Dr. Peterson has multiple things that make it look amazing. ✨Some of them are:

- Good incisor display
- Broad arches
- Proper torque of the teeth
- Smile Arc (the upper teeth follow the curvature of the lower lip)
- Proper white and pink architecture

Kacy came to us with the following:
- Narrow arches
- Reverse smile arc

- Posterior gummy smile

By utilizing a proper diagnosis and treatment planning and a very compliant patient, we utilized Spark Clear Aligners to create a beautiful smile for Kacy in less than 18 months.😃
