Wakefield Family Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our growing private family medical practice in Wakefield, New Hampshire. The Clinical Care Coordinator will have prior experience working in a medical office and will assist the clinical administrative team with day-to-day tasks, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Oversight, coordination and implementation of the NH vaccine program
• Clerical and clinical office duties
• Clinical administrative support for provider
• Patient communications
• Prior authorizations
• Specialty referrals, and more!

Office Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
