Here are a few simple, natural ways to support your body — whether you’re under the weather or trying to prevent sickness:

🍁 “The Flu is NOT a Season” 🍁

As the weather cools and the days get shorter, our routines shift — and so do our habits. It’s not the change in temperature that makes us sick, but rather the changes in our lifestyle.

When we spend less time outdoors, get less sunlight (hello, lower vitamin D), move less, and indulge in more processed foods and sugary treats, our immune systems can take a hit.

This time of year doesn’t have to mean catching “flu season” — it’s a reminder to nourish your body with whole foods, stay hydrated, keep moving, and support your immune system naturally. 💪🌿

Here’s what to expect when it’s go-time:
