I am back this week after some time spent recovering and leaning into something important:
Wellness is whole-body.
Your mental health doesn’t exist separately from your physical health. Sleep matters. Nutrition matters. Slowing down matters. Listening to your body matters.
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to push through everything.
Start small this week:
✔ Drink water
✔ Get outside
✔ Take a breath before reacting
Your mind will thank you.
