🧼🧹Happy Wellness Wednesday! *REMINDER* This Friday 10/24/2025 we will be completely closed from 8am-12pm. We will be waxing the floors and cleaning so no traffic in or out during this time. No Silver Sneakers class during this time. Normal operation will resume for members at 12pm. The Cardio Dance class will still be at 1pm as scheduled.🧼🧹

Happy Wellness Wednesday!! Our silver sneakers class hit some dumbbell thrusters (squat + press) this morning and they FELT it. Combination movements can increase strength and power while also improving coordination. Switch up your next workout by incorporating dumbbell thrusters - you won’t regret it!
