4/19/25 update for Christell Thomas this is Christell’s sister Lisa, We are very grateful to say that she has been transported out of the trauma unit and now is at a rehabilitation hospital where she will stay for ten days or more. One day at a time she is getting stronger. She still has a lot of healing to do for her recovery, however she is in a facility that will give her exceptional care for her wellness. Her heart is overwhelmed with the love, support, prayers and donations that you all have given her. She feels the love and can’t thank you all enough. She has been very emotional and very THANKFUL for her family, friends and the amazing community that has been holding space for her. She sends her love to everyone and she is determined to work on her therapy and wellness. Her body has a lot of mending to do and they are developing a plan to help manage her pain with occupational and physical therapy. Please continue to keep her in your prayers. We will send another update as she progresses. Our family thanks you from the bottom of our heart’s for everything. 🙏🏻🩷🙏🏻
