If your gut is struggling, your spine might have something to do with it and vice versa
The nerves that control digestion, the stomach, the intestines, the organs involved in that whole process, exit the spine in the mid and lower back. When those segments are restricted or misaligned, the signals regulating digestive function get disrupted.
Bloating, irregularity, acid reflux, and sluggish digestion are not always food problems. Sometimes they are nerve problems wearing a food costume.
This does not replace looking at diet. It means that if you have cleaned up your eating and still feel off, it might be worth asking whether the wiring to the system is clear.
The body works as a system. Treating one piece in isolation while ignoring the channel everything communicates through is like fixing the faucet while the pipe behind the wall is still compromised.
