I don't usually share things like this but the state is about to cut ALL Medicaid provider reimbursement rates by 4%. This will likely mean more providers will drop medicaid and it means a lot of complications for small businesses like ours. Please let them know your thoughts. We can only do so much as providers. You are who they listen to.

I've suggested a mirror for toileting for some clients but this is an option I haven't seen before that seems like it might work well. Motor control can be difficult and being able to see what is happening really helps accomplish the job.
