Reintroducing our Longevity Ozone Pod 🤝

This is more than just a sauna session. It’s a full body reset designed to support how you feel from the inside out.

Inside the pod, heat raises your heart rate, supports circulation, and gets your body sweating. As your pores open, ozone surrounds the body, allowing for transdermal oxygen absorption while your system is actively detoxing.

💙 Meet our newest RN, Julie!

Julie joined the 7B-IV team at the end of 2025 and brings with her 12 years of nursing experience. She previously specialized in stroke care at the hospital and is now excited to pivot her career into prevention and holistic wellness.

Outside of the clinic, she’s a wife and mom of two who loves taking advantage of the incredible outdoor lifestyle Sandpoint has to offer. Her experience and heart for others make her such a special addition to our team.

💙 Meet one of our amazing Front Desk Receptionists, Amber!

Amber’s story is one of growth and purpose. After overcoming an extreme health challenge that completely shaped her life, she found herself led to 7B-IV, an unexpected path that turned hardship into a calling.

Along the way she devoted herself to homeschooling her children and pouring her whole heart into raising them with intention, creativity and love.

An entrepreneur at heart, part of her journey included owning and operating a curated, upscale, vintage-inspired boutique where she refurbished furniture and vintage pieces to give them a second chance. She thrives on community and connection. Amber also ventured out and decided to give being a barista a shot. She loved making and creating delicious coffee and serving her community one cup at a time.

Through every season, Amber’s faith has been her anchor, she openly shares that God brought her out of bo***ge and into the promised land placing her on solid ground. She is deeply passionate about her faith, her family and the freedom that she firmly stands in.

She lives with gratitude, purpose and a desire to encourage others, that no matter how hard the road gets, restoration and new beginnings are always possible.
