If you’ve tried “everything” and still feel stuck in cycles of pain, tension or grief, you’re not alone.

So many of the women who come to me are worn down, foggy, or just plain tired.

Maybe you feel depleted or struggle with constant brain fog.

You don’t want to take pharmaceuticals endlessly or live with chronic pain, and you know you need care that works with the body, not against it.

That’s where reflexology comes in.

Book a session now to experience the difference.

When chronic hand pain begins to change how you move through your day; how you mother, how you work, how you worship, it’s not just frustrating. It’s deeply discouraging.

If carpal tunnel has been stealing your comfort or making everyday tasks feel impossible, you don’t have to push through alone.

This 4-week support package is designed to meet you right where you are with gentle, focused care for both hands and feet through reflexology, an exercise routine that supports healing without strain, and simple tools to strengthen and stretch safely at home.

But more than that, it’s consistent, compassionate follow-up. You’re not just coming in for a session, you’re entering into care. We will take time to discuss your concerns and find the treatment approach thats right for your unique situation.

If this sounds like the kind of help your body has been asking for, message me and we’ll talk through whether it’s the right next step.

Your feet carry emotional baggage.

Not just physical exhaustion, but the buildup of stress, grief, anxiety, stored and speaking through tension and tenderness.

Most people don’t realize how much their feet are trying to tell them.

As a certified reflexologist, I’m here to tell you that your feet hold signs of stress, emotional overload, or a nervous system that’s been stuck in overdrive.

I see it all the time during my reflexology sessions.

Here are 3 things your feet might be trying to tell you (and why it matters).

We all carry heartache sometimes.

Whether it’s grief, anxiety, disappointment, or just the sheer weight of being a mom and holding everything for everyone…

It’s no surprise that the heart reflex point often feels tender.

Located under the ball of the foot on the left side (and moving into the right side), this reflex helps support circulation, yes, but also emotional release.

When I work this area in prayer, I ask God to meet me in the heaviness.

To trade sorrow for peace.

To soften the hard places.

That’s the beauty of reflexology: it creates space to reflect on what we’re holding and gently release it to God.

If your heart’s been heavy lately, this may be a good place to start.

Over the holidays, I was able to step away from work and it was such a gift. I stayed home with the kids, soaked up the slower days, leaned into all the cozy seasonal rhythms, and it was deeply needed rest.

I’ll admit, I felt a little tug of sadness when the tree came down and the house grew quiet again.

Now we’re easing back into our regular routine, and I can feel it in my body. The good kind of tired that comes from joyful days, but tired all the same. We’re back to meal planning, early mornings, daily walks, simple food, and sneaking moments in the day for water, coffee, and quiet time.

I’m curious what daily habits help you feel grounded and well. The small, steady things you return to when life gets full again.

If regular bodywork isn’t part of your routine yet, this is a reminder to consider it moving into the new year. Reflexology is one of my favorite ways to support the body, release tension, and restore balance as we move back into our everyday rhythms.

If your body could use some care right now, I’d love to support you. You can book an appointment anytime and give yourself a moment to rest, reset, and be cared for.

I hear this often from the women I work with, not just that one symptom feels better, but that their whole body feels more supported and at ease.

Modern medicine plays an important role, but it isn’t always affordable, accessible, or available in the moment. Reflexology is a supportive tool that can meet you wherever you are.

It works alongside the body’s natural systems and can be used in everyday life.

For many busy moms, that accessibility matters. Having something simple, non-invasive, and supportive that you can return to again and again can make a meaningful difference in how the body feels and responds over time.

Reflexology isn’t about replacing care, it’s about adding another layer of support when your body needs it most.

I work with a lot of busy moms who are caring for everyone else all day long. Between school drop-offs, work, meals, and the constant mental load, it can feel hard to find space for your own body to slow down.

That’s one of the things I love about reflexology. It doesn’t require perfect conditions or long stretches of time to be supportive.

Even a few intentional minutes can help calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and invite your body back into a steadier rhythm.

These simple, on-the-go practices are a reminder that care can meet you right where you are, in the car, at the counter, or in the middle of a full day.

After a recent bout of hives and eczema this past year, I have begun to eliminate artificial scents from my home.

Lately, I’ve been reaching for my favorite cleaner, Thieves Household Cleaner. It smells so yummy (kind of warm and spicy), and it doesn’t leave behind anything harsh or synthetic.

I use it for everything. Kitchen counters, bathroom sinks, even my floors on occasion!

If you’ve been wanting a more natural option for your home cleaning routine, I keep it stocked in my shop. One bottle lasts me months!

Winter has a way of asking more from our bodies.

Cold weather, shorter days, disrupted routines, and the constant push to “just get through it” can build tension, fatigue, and stress.

Muscles tighten.

Sleep gets lighter.

Immunity is more fragile.

This is why winter is actually one of the most supportive seasons for reflexology.

Sessions during the colder months help encourage circulation, support the nervous system, and give the body space to rest and reset when it needs it most.

I’m always grateful when clients share their experiences. Hearing how reflexology fits into their winter rhythm is a reminder of why this work matters.

This past spring, I hosted a workshop on the nervous system, how it works, how stress impacts our whole body, and simple ways to regulate stress using Reflexology at home.

So many of you reached out afterward asking for the material, that I decided to put it all into a step-by-step guide you can keep on hand and walk through at your own pace.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A simple breakdown of how the nervous system is designed to function

• What happens when stress keeps it “stuck” in overdrive

• Gentle, practical techniques to bring your body back into balance

• Faith-centered encouragement to remind you that God created your body with resilience and built-in ways to heal

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or just curious how Reflexology works, this guide will walk you through both the “why” and the “how.”

Sometimes understanding what’s happening inside gives us the confidence to take small steps toward healing, and those small steps often open the door to the biggest breakthroughs.

When you don’t have the option to stop and rest, reflexology can be a simple way to release some of the tension and keep moving through your day.

When I feel pressure behind my eyes or tightness in my neck, I usually start with the big toes. These points reflect the head, brain, and neck, and slow, steady pressure here can help the body relax.

I often use a small amount of peppermint oil and take a quiet moment to pray while I work.

This isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s a small, supportive practice that helps the body unwind.
If stress or seasonal changes tend to show up as headaches for you, this may be a helpful tool to keep in mind.

Comment “READY” and I’ll send you a short video showing how I work these points.

I love using tinctures to sneak in a little extra TLC throughout my day, and the oils in my triple threat stress kit are my favorite.

👉Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha root promotes feelings of energy, enthusiasm and joy. It may also provide support to nervous, immune and lymphatic systems.

👉Restorative
I love to use the restorative tincture to relieve stress and distress. It is a great natural boost for the mid-day slump.

👉Goodnight
This tincture acts as a gentle sleep aid that stills the mind, calms nerves, and relaxes muscles at the end of the day.

This kit is available for purchase in the shop on my site!
