Melissa is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader in Sandpoint, Idaho. Through her own healing journey, she discovered the transformative power of laughter—reconnecting to joy, love, and ease. Today, she guides others to rewire old patterns of stress and fear into vibrant well-being through laughter, play, and mindful connection.
