Grief after miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss can take many forms. For some, it may appear as sadness or confusion; for others, it may come as numbness, anger, or isolation. However it looks, every response is valid.

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month.

Every year, too many families experience the heartbreak of miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. In fact, research shows that 1 in 4 women will face this kind of loss in her lifetime.

Yet even with how common it is, so many grieve silently—feeling alone, unseen, or unsure how to talk about it.

This month, we want to change that. We want every woman to know: your grief matters, your story matters, and you are not alone.

Throughout October, 7B Care Clinic will be sharing encouragement, education, and resources as we honor the babies gone too soon and the families who carry them in their hearts.
