Things are changing due to COVID-19

As many of you know, I closed the office and stopped working with clients a couple of weeks ago on 03/20/20. This is a time of change and anxiety, but rest assured I will re-open when it is safe to do so.

Since I've had some extra time on my hands, I finally reconfigured my online scheduling. You can now schedule appointments at sandpointmassage.com. Soon you will also be able to schedule directly from my google business listing. So if you are looking to add some light at the end of the tunnel, go on and sign up for an appointment in May or June. Don't worry, we can always adjust times and dates up till the day before your appointment.

During this temporary closure, please call or text if you need suggestions for stretches, exercises, or self care massage techniques for any problem areas you may have.

COVID19 Update:

I hope this finds you safe, healthy, and calm.
I understand that we are all making decisions in these uncertain times about where to go and what activities to participate in. To help inform your decisions I wanted to share some information about our office and precautions.
*We are a small office, and are very rarely seeing more than 12 people ( therapists and clients combined) come through the office in a day.
* We are following cleaning recommendations and disinfecting surfaces in both the treatment rooms and lobby between every client.
* While i am always cautious about hygiene and health, I will be cancelling all appointments at the first sign of any illness, and ask my clients to do the same.

Please call me with any questions or concerns, and know that I will respect any decision you make regarding your self care.
