☕️ Coffee, Tea, or Green Juice?
Hot water first, then coffee or tea (depending on my mood)

My music taste is representative of the world around me, with an upcoming trip to New Orleans I find myself being draw to Funk and Jazz

🌲 Off the Mat
When I’m not giving bodywork (my other love outside of teaching) I do a lot of Self care, pottery, and spend time with the ones I love (preferably outside in the sunshine)

🪷 Something You Might Not Know
My hair has been bald, long, purple, red, blond, and everything in between. I even have a very large scalp tattoo.

💫 Three Words
Nurturing, Steady, Passionate

🧘🏼 What Brought Me to Yoga
Grief…I thought yoga would be an escape, but it turned out to be an incredible tool for processing

🎓 Training
I’ve been teaching for almost 2 years now after completing my 200hr. I feel blessed to have a background in bodywork that has allowed me to deepen my understanding of the physical and neurological benefits of yoga

💛 Favorite Pose
My favorite pose: Tadasana with closed eyes (mountain pose) even in its simplicity it’s a reminder of the power in a sturdy foundation. My love to hate: half pigeon

🌿 How I Want Students to Feel
Ideally: like they are floating on a cloud Realistically: Like they can move through a heavy world feeling a little lighter

🕊 Biggest Lesson
Magic can be found in both the ebbs and flows

Join Nicole Black on Saturday, March 14th
1:00-3:00 PM for a playful, supportive workshop designed to explore a variety of inversions from foundational shapes to confidently work your way toward handstand. Whether you’re brand new to getting upside down or refining your technique, this experience will meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll begin by building strength and awareness in the shoulders, core, and wrists, the essential foundations for safe inversion practice.

You’ll learn proper alignment, how to safely enter and exit each pose, and techniques to build confidence without relying on momentum or fear. We’ll break down the mechanics of kicking up into handstand in a way that feels controlled, progressive, and empowering.

Expect:
✨ Clear step-by-step instruction
✨ Creative drills and partner support options
✨ Wall work for safety and confidence
✨ Modifications for every level
✨ A lighthearted, encouraging environment

Inversions aren’t about perfection, they’re about curiosity, courage, and learning to trust yourself in new ways. You’ll leave with practical tools to continue practicing safely and a fresh perspective (literally).

Come ready to play, explore, and maybe see the world from a whole new angle. Reserve your spot $40

✨February Instructor Spotlight: Nicole Black✨

☀️ Morning Ritual
A hot cup of tea with my feet on the PEMF machine while I review the class plan and drop into intention for the practice ahead.

☕️ Coffee, Tea, or Green Juice?
Tea, always.

🥗 Post-Yoga Snack
Thirty grams of protein without overthinking it. A protein shake, salmon and rice, or nourishing leftovers.

🎧 Current Song or playlist Obsession
Music with positive words and affirmations. Spotify has become a joyful rabbit hole and I love discovering something new almost every day.

🌲 Off the Mat
Lifting weights, taking Barre class, hiking/biking in the mountains, or making/teaching art. Being a professional artist is my first love and still fuels everything I do.

🪷 Something You Might Not Know
Sandpoint raised, 22 years married, Mom to a 19-year-old, and living at the intersection of strength and intuition with a deep devotion to self-care and root level healing. I resisted yoga at first. I was convinced it was not for me.

💫 Three Words
Strong•Nimble•Grounded

🧘🏼 What Brought Me to Yoga
My friend basically has hassled me into going. I was an athlete who loved vigorous training and thought Yoga would be too slow and boring. Turns out I was completely wrong and fell in love.

🎓 Training
I’ve practiced yoga for 13 years and have been teaching for one. The community encouraged me to step into teaching, so I completed my 200 hour YTT with WE Yoga and the rest is history.

💛 Favorite & Love to hate Pose
Favorite pose is Skandasana also known as surfers lunge with a side body twist. “Love to hate” pose is reclined splits early in class. My hamstrings scream every time.

🌿 How I Want Students to Feel
Hypnotized, connected, grounded, filled with light, and a little more space and mobility in their bodies.

🕊 Biggest Lesson
Breathe through discomfort. Sensation is temporary. Breath and inward focus carry you through anything.

Join Tara on Saturday February 7th 5:30-7 for Feminine Power in Motion, a women-only movement experience designed as the ultimate ladies’ night out. Where confidence, playfulness, and empowerment meet. Through guided movement, posture, and expressive dance, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the way your body wants to move with intention, ease, and a touch of attitude.

This experience isn’t about performing or getting anything “right.” It’s about laughter, release, and reconnecting with a part of you that may have been quiet for a while.

To make the evening feel a little more special, light refreshments will be offered including champagne and strawberries to enjoy as we settle in and connect.

✨ NEW YEAR’S DAY • 7 YEAR ANNIVERSARY FLOW ✨ 9:30-11

Seven years ago, WE Yoga opened its doors with a simple intention: to create a space for connection, movement, and community. What has grown since then is so much more than a studio.

On New Year’s Day, we gather to celebrate 7 years of WE Yoga, honoring the journey behind us and the possibilities ahead. This special anniversary flow will be a practice of gratitude, reflection, intention, and joy, a chance to move together, breathe together, and step into the new year grounded and inspired.

💫 Expect an uplifting 90 minute flow w/ Kelly
💫 Moments of intention + celebration
💫 Deep appreciation for the community that makes WE Yoga home
💫 Beverages + healthy snacks after class

Whether you’ve been here since day one or just found your way to the mat, this class is for you. Thank you for 7 beautiful years of trust, presence, and heart. Here’s to what lies ahead 🤍

Sunday, December 21st

5:30 Candlelight Flow with Ann

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a sacred pause where nature turns inward, inviting stillness, reflection, and renewal. It symbolizes the return of the light, the slow brightening of days, and the perfect moment to release what no longer serves and welcome fresh intention.

On this powerful seasonal doorway, yoga becomes more than movement, it’s ritual, grounding, and a way to align with nature’s rhythm 🖤✨

Join us on your mat to:
🌙 Slow down and reconnect
🔥 Warm the body + awaken inner fire
🤍 Create space for clarity + intention
🌅 Honor the shift toward more light
