• Migraine is the 2nd largest cause of disability worldwide (behind low back pain).
• It’s the most common neurological cause of vertigo in adults.
• Vestibular migraines affect women more often (3:1) and commonly appears in the 40s, especially with a history of migraines, motion sickness, or family history.
• ~55% of people with migraines experience vestibular symptoms, and many don’t have a headache at the same time.
