🌀 Dizziness Is NOT a Normal Part of Aging

Did you know 66% of abnormal eye movements in BPPV patients can be missed in normal room lighting? That means many cases go undetected — and untreated.

If you’ve had a fall, hit your head, or feel like the room spins when you move — it’s not just aging. You could be dealing with a vestibular or vestibular-related issue that could respond well to targeted therapy.

Our clinic strives to:
✅ Improve balance & prevent falls
✅ Reduce dizziness & brain fog
✅ Regain confidence in daily movement

BPPV… What does it mean? BPPV stands for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.

What’s really going on? Inside your inner ear, tiny crystals help detect movement. Sometimes, these crystals get dislodged and float into the wrong part of your inner ear, confusing your balance system and causing that dizzy, spinning feeling.

Did you know each ear has three paired canals (anterior, posterior, and horizontal), and issues in any of these can cause dizziness or unsteadiness? About 46% of BPPV happens in the Horizontal canal and 47% in the Posterior canal — so a thorough evaluation is super important!

Good news - our vestibular PTs are trained to check, and treat them all.
