Beautiful community! We have some fun changes and additions on the horizon!!

First off we are opening up a retreat center in the wine country of Northern California! It’s officially in the works now and will be ready for retreats by 2025.

Next, We are moving our Sandusky, MI location to a more open space just outside of town. We will still be a community space for healers and artists to hold and showcase their gifts. All still by appointment. We will hold yoga, meditation, retreats, events and food seasonally.
Thank you so much for being such a wonderful part of our journey and we are so excited to share this next chapter with you 💗🙏✨

Sometimes the way we speak to ourselves internally is a reflection of the ways we have been spoken to externally. A simple check in with ourselves and meeting ourselves with love, kindness and understanding helps to shift these patterns that don’t serve our wellbeing. It’s important to feel our emotions, to honor them and to then let them pass. Take care of yourself beautiful human. You are so deserving of happiness, joy, love and peace ✨💜✨

Yoga classes on Tuesday March 21st are canceled. Our teacher Libby has a cold and is taking the day to rest. Join us for a sound bath meditation with Beth on March 24th!

Remember, you’ll be able to still practice virtually with her AND keep an eye out for the fun classes and workshops she’ll be holding with us this summer!!!
