I am licensed massage therapist by the State Medical Board of Ohio. I have training in Swedish massage and working toward refining skills in deep tissue massage and hot bamboo massage. My goal is to build experience working with clients’ health, creating rapport and developing a unique approach.

In addition to massage, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ohio State University and currently finishing my 200 hour yoga teacher training. When I’m not working, you can find me foraging mushrooms, walking my dog, and watching horror movies.

As we count downs the last few days, hours and minutes of 2023. I just want to thank you for all the love, support this past year. I’m incredibly blessed that I get to go to work do what I love and work with so many amazing clients. I’m grateful to you all! My New Year wish for you all is a Happy, Healing and Healthy 2024
