Family Health Services is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing quality, affordable health care to all. We offer primary care, behavioral health, and dental services all under one roof with locations in Sandusky and Norwalk. FHS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and all commercial insurances. We utilize a Sliding Fee Schedule for those who qualify based on family size and income.

• Presentations: Deliver engaging, evidence-based talks on nutrition to community groups.
