Kristin Allen, PT and Sara Yochheim,PT together bring nearly 50 years experience in the field of physical therapy to offer a more holistic approach to care. We extend care to people who suffer from a variety of conditions and diagnosis including neck, and back pain, tendonitis, women’s health, plantar fascitis, and fibromyalgia.

Our goal is to improved the health and wellness of others by providing direct, one-on-one care in a holistic, compassionate manner aimed at relieving pain and restoring function. Our treatments include dry needling, mobilizations, cupping, taping, and soft tissue work.

We do not bill insurance directly but will provide you with a receipt that can be submitted to insurance. Otherwise, we take HSA’s, cash, check, and credit cards. We want to work for you and not be limited by insurance companies! No referral is necessary. Call or message for an appointment.
