OhioPRO is seeking to hire up to three Adult Education Coordinators to support the statewide coordination and administration of Ohio’s Adult Peer Recovery Supporter (PRS) Trainings. Working under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, these positions ensure that all training sessions, registration and attendance processes, facilitator communications, and participant support activities operate smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule statewide Adult PRS trainings
- Manage web-based registration systems and participant records
- Track attendance and maintain required documentation
- Issue training certificates and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly with facilitators and participants
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service across all training offerings
- Support grant-funded initiatives related to peer education
- Assist with planning and logistics for the Ohio Peer Recovery Summit, conferences, retreats, symposiums, and other statewide events

About the Role
The Adult Education Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of peer workforce training across Ohio. This position serves as a key operational point of contact for training participants, instructors, and partners, helping maintain a seamless experience from registration through completion.
