Spend your summer making a real difference.

We’re looking for positive, dependable leaders to help students successfully transition into the workplace. As a Summer Youth Job Coach, you’ll support small groups (maximum 1:4 ratio), help build job skills, encourage independence, and create a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive.

Program Details:
• 25–30 hours per week (Monday–Thursday)
• No weekends or holidays
• Session 1: June 8 – July 9
• Session 2: July 13 – August 13
• Mileage reimbursement available for transporting students

If you’re at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and want meaningful summer work — this is a great opportunity to build experience while changing lives.

We’re growing and looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who want to make a real impact.

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community. You’ll be a supporter, advocate, mentor, and cheerleader, all rolled into one.

This role includes:
• Supporting daily living skills (nutrition, hygiene, exercise, communication)
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, and community involvement
• Creating schedules and tracking progress toward goals
• Transporting individuals to appointments and activities
• Promoting independence through adaptive and functional skills

We’re looking for someone who is patient, responsible, and passionate about helping others live fuller, happier lives.

Pay: $17.00/hour
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Benefits include: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, referral bonuses, and more.

This incredible event, part of the Tim Tebow Foundation's worldwide movement, was filled with dancing, laughter, and meaningful connections.

From the red carpet entrance to the dance floor, we were inspired by the joy and spirit of everyone who attended. 💃✨

It was an honor to be part of a night that celebrates every individual as a king or queen, just the way they deserve.
