Immersive Shamanic Clearing: Begin your day by anchoring into your highest timeline. Guided by Katy Carlson, you will utilize the "miracle frequency" to release outdated energy and prepare your spirit for the New Year.
Dismantling the Drama Triangle: Break free from hidden patterns. We will expose the unconscious roles (Victim, Persecutor, Rescuer) that limit your potential and keep you trapped in reactive loops.
Reclaiming Your Agency: By examining the pivotal shift into Courage and higher awareness, you will learn to rise above reactive patterns, embody the 'Creator' archetype, and access the innate resources needed to design your own life path.
Alchemical Sound Immersion: Solidify your transformation. Conclude the experience with a deep cellular healing session featuring large titanium gongs, didgeridoo, handpan, vocals and other sound tools to seal your new intentions.
Breakdown of the Day’s Flow:
9:00 AM: Check in/orientation
9:30 - 10:00 AM: Welcome & Intention Setting - Connect with your facilitators and fellow travelers as we set the energetic tone and personal goals for the journey ahead.
10:00 AM: The Clearing
Immersive Shamanic Journey with Katy Carlson - We begin the day by grounding into sacred space. In this opening session, Katy guides you through a deep Shamanic Journey, utilizing the "miracle frequency" to release energies and timelines that no longer align with your highest path. This is a process of deep shedding and spiritual boundary-setting, designed to anchor you into your Highest Self and prepare your vessel for the work ahead.
11:15 AM: The Awareness
From Victim to Creator (Part 1): Dismantling the Drama Triangle with Marian Kraus - Transformation begins with seeing the unseen. In this first segment of our core workshop, we peel back the layers of the "Drama Triangle." Together, we will examine the unconscious roles of Victim, Persecutor, and Rescuer that keep us trapped in reactive loops. You will learn to identify these limiting dynamics in real-time, understanding how they restrict your emergence and obscure your true potential.

1:15 PM: The Shift
From Victim to Creator (Part 2): The Gateway to Power with Marian Kraus - Moving from insight to action, the afternoon session shifts focus to Empowerment Dynamics and the framework for recognizing the essential elements of consciousness elevation. You will explore how identifying these aspects of your awareness becomes the gateway to your authentic power. We will provide you with practical tools and innate resources to reclaim agency over your life, guiding you from the reactive state of a participant to the proactive state of a Creator.
2:15 PM: The Exchange
Integration & Dialogue - A dedicated space to process the day’s revelations. We open the floor for questions, challenges, and shared inspirations, ensuring you leave with clarity on how to apply these insights to your daily life.
3:00 PM: The Seal
Transformational Sound Journey with Marian Kraus - We conclude the retreat by solidifying your transformation on a cellular level. Rest and receive in an "alchemical field" of healing vibrations. Using large titanium and bronze gongs, didgeridoo, singing bowls, handpan, vocals and more, Marian creates a sonic landscape charged with intention. The multi layered sound bath bypasses the analytical mind, allowing the day’s lessons to integrate deeply into your body and spirit for lasting renewal.
The above is with the understanding that the times are somewhat organic depending upon the dynamics of the group and day.
The only pre-requisite for participation in this unique program is to be open-minded, give yourself permission to relax, be inspired and recharged. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, mat, blanket etc. Personal journals, crystals and other artifacts are optional and welcome.
