Prenatal Breastfeeding Class 10/19 at 10:00am. This class is $50 per couple and a billing sheet will be provided for reimbursement and is approximately 2 hours long. Another grant funded class! Whoop whoop!
This is a 4 week series workout class. Each week we will do a different routine including HITT, Barre and stroller weather permitting.
Class will be held on Monday mornings at 9:30am starting October 20th.
