💆🏼‍♀️ Healing work is really about removing all the blocks to love that have been built up just by living in this dualistic world…thinking we are separate from Source, thinking we aren’t whole…

Healing is about reminding you of who you already are…

An eternal spirit.
Whole.
Connected.
Guided.
Protected.
Loved beyond measure.

The most beautiful sessions are the ones where something false falls away - a limiting belief, a physical pain, a fear - and you feel more like yourself again. ✨

Sometimes it looks like this…
A quiet moment where a giver feels held sacredly in return, held in a way that they don’t usually experience…
a quiet moment where they return to themselves.

More clear.
More grounded.
More in their truth.

Sometimes healing looks like:
✨ releasing stress your body has been holding

🩵🪽 Readings yesterday were so tender and emotional. 🤍 Please remember that every single day you have the ability to help people heal, even with a smile to a stranger.

We forget our worth.
We forget that just by being ourselves, we help and heal people.

This woman lost her daughter and was thanking me and blessing me...

and I said it’s all your daughter communicating so well, I’m just the telephone cord.

But she said no, you have this gift to help us and give messages that help us let go of the guilt holding us back.
You share the love from our loved ones and we can breathe again.

And she made me teary because I don’t think we remember that we change lives just by being our quirky selves.

Just be YOU - that’s all the world wants.
The people who need you, quirks and all, will find you.

✨ Shine your light and be true to who you are no matter what.

If what we do is fueled by LOVE, it is right.

Love is the super power.
Just be you - which IS love! 🩵 xo

🕊️🤍 Easter isn’t what we were taught… It is not about sacrifice. It’s not about suffering. And it’s not about placing Jesus above us.

It is about what he came to show us.

He materialized a body in his likeness after he “died” to show us the truth - that life is eternal and death is not real. That the body is not who we are. And that death is not the end, it is a rebirth into our true home, our truest state as spirit.

In A Course in Miracles, Jesus teaches that the resurrection was not a singular miracle meant to set him apart, but a demonstration.

It was a reminder of the continuity of the soul. That nothing real can be destroyed. And that we are not separate from God.

He teaches he is our brother. And that everything he demonstrated and everything he embodied, is possible for us too. We are the same.

The resurrection is the message that we are not limited to the body, that life is eternal and that what we are is far greater than what we see here.

Easter isn’t that one soul was chosen, but that we all are. J gave us a roadmap to remember who we really are.

We are not separate from each other…
and not separate from Source.

What he showed us is true for all of us.

Easter is a remembrance of who we are…eternal spirit - whole and holy, now and forever. 🤍✝️🤍

🤯 I just got off a Zoom reading and the husband in spirit blew my mind!

I had been connecting with her guides first — sharing guidance, supporting what she’s going through…

And then she asked about her husband in spirit.

So I said,
“Give me a minute to let him shift in.”

The second I connected to him…

he showed me a rubber ducky.

And I was like… no 😅

I asked for anything else.
Anything more “normal.”

He just kept repeating it.

So finally I said it:

“He is showing me a rubber ducky.”

And she goes,
“Oh my gosh!!… hold on...”

She runs out of the room and comes back holding a rubber ducky.

She said she had just gone on a cruise last week… met a couple… and the woman gave her a rubber ducky because she collects them for her Jeep.

What?! 🤯

That was his way of saying:

“I was there. I saw that. I’m still with you.”

And then…

He kept showing me a photo of himself dressed up.

I asked if she had one nearby — she said no.

But he wouldn’t let it go.

So I told her,
“When you find it, he wants you to send it to me.”

We hang up…
and a minute later she texts me the photo of him dressed up.

She had opened a drawer… and there it was. 😂

Your loved ones are aware of your life right NOW. They are not gone. They are present for us.

Even the smallest, most random moments…

especially those.

And yes… sometimes that looks like
being told to say “rubber ducky.” 🐥✨ Yay! Go spirit!!!!! 👏🏼🫶🏼💫✨🥳😇

🕊️ This is probably the most common question I get as a psychic medium…

“Are you sensing anything right now?” 👀
“Is there anything around me?” 👻

And the answer is always the same.

Yes… there is always energy around you.
You are never alone.

But I’m not walking around tuned in all the time.

This work is intentional.
It’s something I open into with focus, with permission and with purpose.

If I’m out in the world, I’m just being human.
Present. In conversation. Living my life.

And because I’m disciplined in closing…
when I do open, the connection is clearer, stronger and more meaningful.

I open when it’s intentional.
When it’s meant to serve healing for the highest good. 🤍

✨🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏼 Back in my body.

I didn’t realize how much grief had pulled me out of it.

And I still showed up, still did the work, still felt so connected to Spirit…
but I forgot to bring my body along for the journey.

The body has to come with us on this path.
It holds our spirit.
It’s how we connect, how we hold energy, how we embody what we know.

Expanding my capacity to hold more of the work, more spirit. 🙏🏼✨💫🏋🏼‍♀️

There’s more to this story…

This wasn’t something that shifted overnight.

This was a mother who had already explored so many avenues to support her daughter - therapy, treatment programs, residential treatment… and still, her daughter was struggling.

By the time they came to me, there was exhaustion… and also an openness to something different.

They traveled from many states away to be here, and we spent a weekend together in co-creation with Spirit - a spirit healing circle, past life regression, connection with loved ones, and individual energy work. There was a willingness to enter a space of true, unconditional Love…

There were so many loving presences around her to help her remember her truth as perfect spirit…holding her, guiding her, supporting her in ways we cannot always see. And something in her was ready.

When my guides gave me the message about “in three months it will be gone,” I truly didn’t want to say it. Because this work isn’t about prediction, and I would never want to create expectation or interfere with someone’s own unfolding.

But it was so clear… and so loud… that I chose to trust it and simply share.

What unfolded after that weekend was not linear.

There were small shifts.
Moments of openness.
Moments where it seemed like nothing was happening at all.

But underneath it… something was reorganizing.

And then, almost three months to the day, the eating disorder behaviors stopped. Something deeper had shifted.

This is what I mean when I say I don’t heal anyone.

I hold a space with Spirit where the soul can remember its wholeness.

And when that remembrance is allowed, even a little bit, even over time…things can change in ways that once felt impossible.

As A Course in Miracles teaches,
miracles occur naturally as expressions of Love. ✨❤️✨

This Love is available to everyone at all times. 💕💫

💕🌸🌅 FL - Next trip is planned!🪽

I loved being with you all last week. The time we shared with Spirit was so beautiful 🥹 - the love, the healing, the messages, and how they love to make us laugh through our tears. ☺️

I’ll be back April 23–28 in Juno Beach and would love to sit together again.

I’ll be offering a small number of private sessions:

• Life Path/Soul Guidance (working with your spirit guides)
• Spiritual Healing Sessions (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical healing)

💙🪽 Wearing the Navy Wings Vest today from the incredibly talented Max Alexander (.to.the.max) — the youngest (9yo!!) professional fashion designer with his own runway shows — felt like slipping into a beautiful Spirit frequency. 🪽✨
to.the.max - thank you for following your heart, your soul’s knowing, and that unmistakable inner pull that only old souls recognize.
There is something happening beyond talent when a child begins designing couture at age four…
a past-life overlay so strong it breaks right through the veil.
(Makes you wonder which designer you were before this lifetime, Max! 😇🪡)

And wearing your wings today opened a doorway to connection between Heaven and Earth…

Spirit used me as a messenger for someone who deeply needed a message — right in the middle of my day, totally unplanned, totally divine, in a cute little shop in Falmouth…she commented on this vest…
The wings called in the exact soul who needed a message from Spirit.
