Why do you workout?
Is it for strength, endurance, mobility, or overall health?
Our muscles are designed to contract, relax, and stretch. One of the most effective ways to maintain mobility is simply to keep your body moving. However, due to stress, overuse, and daily habits, the body can adapt to tightness over time. As we age, it often becomes more challenging to reverse these patterns without intentional care.
Through experience, I’ve seen how powerful a well-rounded approach can be:
• Regular movement helps maintain muscle function and mobility
• Stretching improves flexibility and increases range of motion
• Massage therapy supports recovery, reduces tension, and promotes overall muscle health
When combined, these three elements create a strong foundation for long-term wellness and injury prevention.
I’m excited that Head2Soul is moving into Aftermath Strength & Conditioning: Home of CrossFit Somonauk . This transition will create new opportunities to work alongside a personal trainer and massage therapist—allowing for a more integrated and effective approach to your health and recovery.
