Sundays in Nov are just for you!

Remember our Grief group has moved to the third Sunday this month, Nov. 16th - 10am The Homestead 1854. Grief yoga is a chance to find space on your mat to feel the feelings of grief and have time for just you. Grief comes not only from the loss of death but also divorce, broken relationships, and changes we didn’t expect. You have the space to process it
all. Being your blanket and mat and get settled back into you.

Gratitude Yoga will be Sunday, Nov 23rd at 10am and we’ll focus on seeing those pieces of our life we are grateful for, even in the grief. A beautiful way to kick off Thanksgiving week.
