Grief is one of those things that seems to stay stuck in the corners of our soul and our days. We might have loss someone two years ago and can still smell their perfume or twenty years ago and still yearn to taste their famous pie. The feelings that come with those experiences
fill pockets in our bodies too. Fear, sadness, guilt, disappointment, overwhelm might get stuck in our fascia in ways we didn’t know were possible. Yoga focused on grief can help. Releasing years of difficult feelings is possible through breathwork, meditation and movement.
Join us this Sunday at 10am as we explore releasing these feelings on our mats. Bring a blanket for comfort and a picture or symbol of those you might be grieving. And remember this is not just for those grieving the loss through death. Divorce, toxic relationships, uncontrolled addiction or mental health might be the reason you grieve. All is welcome. All is seen. Come as you are and lay it down.
