A 5-hour retreat just for you at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod Join me and Sheree for a day of rest and gentle insight...
Saturday May 30th, from 10-3

During this full day retreat, Sheree will discuss principles of energy through the lens of self-care, providing practical tools for self-regulation and personal growth. Nicole will be your guide with a reflective writing practice for deep listening and clarity. We will finish our time with a sound bath & reiki session followed by a closing circle.
