This week we are highlighting the one and only, Londyn Scott! She is truly the life of the party and brings the energy to any class she is taking. Starting her fitness journey in middle school, we have loved watching her training pay off as she excelled in high school sports. She has now began to find her passion for fitness, post-athletics and has taken on a new running journey with a half marathon coming up in April. The JC fam is cheering you on every step of the way! We are BACK! Island Hopping has come to an end and we are getting back on track with a NEW FITWAVE CYCLE! But don’t worry, we will be taking all of the new concepts we have learned over the past 5 weeks with us!

This week we are highlighting Jeffery Ashley! Joining the athletics class over 9 years ago, Jeffery has been a power house since day 1! He started out as one of the youngest in the group but quickly developed an extremely strong work-ethic that allowed him to keep up with the older kids. Our Story

JC Health and Fitness is a health and wellness facility that offers group fitness training using the FitWave training methods, along with personal training, semi-private personal training, sports performance training, active adults classes for the aging population, and much more! Aside from the physical aspect, JC also offers massage therapy and nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian on staff to get your health on the right track!

JC Health & Fitness has adopted the FitWave fitness style that is an all-encompassing methods of training. FitWave fitness is a new way of fitness that can individualized any group fitness class that will far exceed any goal of yours. FitWave programming is both challenging and exciting, compiled of movements that focus on the functional core (the center of your body’s universe) to allow for all other movements to be natural in technique and performance. FitWave will assess your endurance, strength and power over a 16 week period of time...all while bringing a sense of community and pride during your fitness commitment and journey. FitWave is comprised of not only primary strengths, but building accessory strength as well, to allow for a full functional body progression that is safely performed with a personal trainer leading each class. This is NOT a competition, rather it gives us the ability to personalize each of our group fitness classes to build on your strengths and weaknesses, making YOU stronger and making YOU progress safely in each of the assessed movements.
