Located in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Elliott Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 75-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

Our community, along with our sister communities, was proud to host the King’s Daughters Medical Center Social Work Department for a fun and meaningful evening in celebration of Social Work Month! 💙✨ We enjoyed a wonderful paint party led by Blue Grass Mama Creations, along with great food and even better company. It was a perfect way to show our appreciation for all that social workers do every day!

We had a wonderful time enjoying some Easter crafting fun! 🐣💛 Residents got creative, shared lots of laughs, and made some beautiful holiday decorations. Moments like these make the season extra special for our community!
