ASSOCIATE SPOTLIGHT: HANNA FEREDE
You can see it right away when Hanna Ferede walks into a room—the recognition, the ease, the connection. That’s what 17 years at Friends House builds.
As a CMA/GNA with over 20 years of experience, Hanna brings a steady, caring presence to each day. Her focus is simple: supporting residents in a way that respects their independence while making sure they feel safe and seen.
What stands out most to her isn’t a task—it’s the people. The familiar faces. The quick conversations. The small, everyday moments that turn care into real relationships.
Hanna often reflects on her father’s influence, a steady example that continues to shape how she shows up for residents and the team. That consistency is part of what makes her such a trusted presence.
Her “why” has always been clear—caring for older adults and doing it with warmth, respect, and follow-through. She’s guided by a mindset she carries into every day: Be yourself. Never give up. Be at your best.
What matters most to Hanna are the relationships she builds—with residents and with their families. Over time, those connections start to feel like an extended family.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and volunteering through school, church, and hospital service.
