I’m honored and deeply grateful to have supported the Senior Wellness Program on October 7, 2025, at the Louise Watley Library. It was a joy to share a heartfelt reminder that true healing begins with connection; to our breath, our bodies, and one another. 💛
I led a session on, Mental Health & Whole-Body Wellness for Seniors, inviting participants to explore the mind-body connection through compassion, conversation, and gentle self-care. Together, we journeyed through vital topics that touch every stage of life:
✨ Anxiety & Stress: Learning to calm the mind and relax the body through mindful breathing, lymphatic massage, and daily moments of stillness.
💚 Depression & Loneliness: Opening the heart with gratitude, community, and nourishment that uplifts mood and spirit.
🧠 Cognitive Decline & Memory Concerns: Discussing how nutrition, movement, and curiosity can keep the mind sharp and vibrant.
🌸 Dementia & Alzheimer’s: Understanding the importance of emotional release, rest, and gentle detoxification for clarity, peace, and renewed purpose.
Together, we explored how small, consistent actions; gentle movement, mindful nourishment, gratitude, and daily lymphatic-massage; create lasting transformation from the inside out.
