Join us in celebrating humanKIND winner Gina Wilson, Housekeeper in Signal Mountain, TN!

Recently, an emergency occurred in an independent living apartment before the housekeeper arrived at work, and Gina was alerted to the issue. Even though it wasn't in her normal job duties or area to cover, she stepped up without hesitation. She comforted the resident and calmed her down, cleaned the apartment, and took it upon herself to take the resident's clothing to her floor of healthcare, where she washed, dried, and returned them. For this recent move-in resident, Gina's compassionate actions provided reassurance that she's surrounded by dedicated staff who truly care for her.

Join us in celebrating humanKIND winner Kenyetta Bell-Cole, Housekeeper in Oshkosh, WI!

While working in the ICU last fall, Kenyetta was cleaning a patient's room when she noticed something wrong - the patient stopped talking, her eyes didn't look right, and suddenly blood began coming from her mouth. Kenyetta didn't freeze, but instead she acted. She immediately grabbed a nurse and called a code, helping save this patient's life through her keen awareness and quick thinking.

Kenyetta's actions remind us that compassion and vigilance go hand in hand, and that every role at TouchPoint can make a life-saving difference!
