Love, love, loved presenting to music educators at their ECMMA fall meeting. The topic was play therapy, music therapy and using these concepts to improve working with students. We did a group sandtray that ended up having themes of strength and nurturance, no surprise. What a great group!!

Thoroughly enjoyed presenting at the LPCA of GA conference in Savannah this year. My topic- Let's Play: Enriching the Clinical Skills of the Non-Play Therapist. The participants were enthusiastic, engaged and asked terrific questions. Can't wait for next year!

Wonderful end to a wonderful conference. Atlanta hosted this year's annual APT (Association for Play Therapy) conference. Over 1100 professionals attended. It was wonderful to see old friends and hear new ideas, like from Dr. Sue Bratton who does play therapy with clients over 12. She asked us, "Who came up with the idea that counseling should be us sitting and asking questions for 55 minutes ?" Great question. Why not get up, draw, create, explore with our adult clients and families?
