Introducing the Med One Culture Book.
Created to celebrate the values that define The Med One Way, this book highlights the guiding principles established by Med One founders Larry Stevens and Brent Allen, compiling of articles from our Med One to One magazine written throughout the years.
As we move forward from our COURAGEOUSLY campaign and toward celebrating 35 years in 2026, this book serves as a reminder of the foundation that has shaped Med One. We hope it inspires current and future employees to live The Med One Way—COURAGEOUSLY!

Daylight Saving Time reminds us that time is always moving.
Hospitals don’t pause. Care teams don’t stop. Your equipment shouldn’t either.
From ventilators to infusion pumps, dependable medical equipment ensures patients are supported all day, every day.

Behind every piece of medical equipment is a level of care most people never see.
Our equipment cleaning team, not only at our Draper office, but in every office, plays a critical role in patient health and safety—meticulously cleaning and disinfecting equipment to the highest standards before it ever reaches a healthcare facility. Their attention to detail helps protect patients, clinicians, and communities every day. This work is essential and we are grateful for those who do it.

Originally known as Med One Capital, Med One Group was established in 1991 as a privately-owned business with its corporate offices now located in Sandy, Utah. Med One was founded by Larry Stevens and Brent Allen. After recognizing the needs of healthcare providers, they decided to focus on making medical equipment available through simple leasing, rental, and sales solutions.
Med One has created valuable relationships with industry-leading medical equipment companies to provide funding solutions for the products they sell. These vendor partnerships have been instrumental and have allowed us to work with over half of the nation’s hospitals. With significant growth in the leasing industry came the need to update our services. We responded by entering the short-term equipment rental business as well as offering biomedical services. With a focus on critical-care equipment, we have built a large inventory that is available to healthcare facilities in need of patient ready devices.
Med One Group has since grown to include multiple locations across the country. We have expanded our rental capabilities by adding offices in Northern and Southern California, Georgia, and Texas, with various rental partners across the country. Since 2009 we have offered direct sales to hospitals and other care facilities, primarily selling pre-owned equipment certified by our biomedical staff. We have also expanded to serve customers internationally providing equipment to those with limited access.
With rapidly growing rental services and over a billion dollars in lease transactions, Med One has experienced significant growth. In 2012, Larry and Brent were honored as Ernst & Young Entrepreneurs of the Year, the result of many years of hard work and dedication.
In 2017 we officially changed our name from Med One Capital to Med One Group. The name has changed but the strength of our brand is still the same. Creativity, Simplicity and Responsiveness still drive everything we do.
