👣 Your Feet Go the Distance-Literally!

On average, a person takes around 8,000–10,000 steps a day. Over a lifetime, that adds up to about 115,000 miles, that’s more than circling the globe four times! 🌎

That’s a lot of work for your feet… and they deserve proper care.

✨ This is your reminder to give your feet the attention they need—whether it’s addressing pain early or simply staying proactive with your foot health.

💙 Healthy feet = a more active, comfortable life.

In rare cases, the bones in a child’s feet become fused, causing pain. If this tightening doesn’t occur fully, it can result in flat feet. Give us a call if you’re interested to learn more!
