Flat feet are related to the tissues and bones in your feet and lower legs. The condition is normal in babies and toddlers because it takes time for the tendons to tighten and form an arch. In rare cases, the bones in a child’s feet become fused, causing pain. If this tightening doesn’t occur fully, it can result in flat feet. Give us a call if you’re interested to learn more!

👀 Are Your Toenails Trying to Tell You Something?

If you’ve noticed your toenails turning darker, thicker, or brittle—it’s not just a cosmetic issue. It could be a fungal infection quietly developing under the nail.

Left untreated, it can spread, worsen, and make nails harder to manage over time. But here’s the good news… you don’t have to deal with it alone.

✨ With the right treatment, healthy, clear nails are absolutely possible.

At Elite Foot & Ankle Associates, we take the guesswork out of treatment and create a plan that actually works for you.

💬 Not sure if it’s fungus? Send us a message or book a visit—we’re here to help!
