Hello! It’s Dr. Saibara-Cook. Monday we are in the new office! Enter the same parking lot from 700 E. Look for our new sign on the door to your left. You can park to the right of our front stairs. Take a seat and wait for your therapist to come out and invite you into their room. Here is the desk where you will see Jill on Tuesdays. The final photo is the space I will be using tomorrow. I haven’t finalized my decision on which office space I will be calling “ours”

This is a matter I take very seriously. I am a strong advocate for patients, as well as a committed supporter of medical professionals who prioritize compassionate, respectful care and actively work to ensure that these types of negative interactions do not occur. I welcome comments from anyone who is aware of physicians and/or clinics across the medical field that have demonstrated a supportive environment and taken extra care to ensure patients feel heard, respected, and supported during times of significant medical distress. As a Psychologist focused on holistic patient care,
I appreciate working with compassionate professionals I can feel confident referring shared patients to who prioritize respectful, patient-centered care.

Our Daily Intention

We are a group of therapists who provide a broad spectrum of outpatient psychological services to assist a wide variety of client needs, including diagnosis and action-oriented treatment plans that integrate personal values, preferences, and beliefs. Our mission is to provide high-quality mental health services. We believe emotional health and well-being is key to living the satisfying and successful lives we all seek. Our clinic is comprised of a well-balanced and dynamic set of therapists who come from different personal backgrounds, as well as different educational backgrounds, offering insights and access to various perspectives we believe enhance our effectiveness as a team. Our compassionate therapists are available days, evenings, and weekends at locations in Salt Lake City and Sandy, Utah to treat adolescents, adults, individuals and couples.

For individuals, we are here to listen and assess your goals. We understand everyone has their own life story, and every person’s path and process to success is going to look different. We are here to address goal setting, treatment planning, and promote successful progress toward positive outcomes. Insight and skill building will be based on the skills you already possess that you will learn to make more adaptable and effective for your lifestyle.

For medical providers, we can assess your patients for unipolar and bipolar depression, panic and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, medication and treatment adherence, chronic pain and illness, among other issues, providing you with assessment results, medication and treatment recommendations, and help you optimize your time with your patients.

For employers, we can assist your employees to become more productive and motivated, saving lost work days and costs.
