Our Story
Many products are advertised as ‘All Natural’, a catch all marketing term, holding little responsibility to the contents of the packaging. However, Uplifting Products are truly made as nature intended. Every batch is hand measure, poured and mixed, with true intention and love in every step.
Food grade ingredients are the key to hypoallergenic success with body care and cosmetics. Our lotions and rubs are made with raw oils and waxes, all plant derived and minimally processed without added heat. Only essential oils are used for scents, flavors and medicinal applications. Even our emulsifiers and preservatives are known health supplements. Micas and clays are only used for colorants.
Your skin is the largest organ on your body and is a semipermeable layer, quickly absorbing and putting to use what you put on it. Simple ingredients from nature, minimally processed and kept in raw form make the best body care and cosmetics. The apply with ease, come off with natural cleansers and are gentle on your body. Uplifting Products started as Dakota Carter’s personal goal to make her own health and beauty products, after learning the harsh and cancerous truth about commercially available products. At age 18 Dakota had dozens of allergies to the environment, food and personal care products, going so far as to start dramatic allergy injection treatment.
She took back her power after not feeling results she was looking for and exhausting the family pocket book to commute to these spend injections, be switching to a natural mostly plant based diet and chemical free lifestyle. From household cleansers to where she sourced her food, everything changed for her personal health.
