At Mindful Healing, at this time we focus on large and small group classes as well as group mentoring and individual mentoring. As we expand, additional services will be offered as we find like-minded people to help us grow. Many people want to utilize different healing modalities, but it is rare to find a healthcare provider that respects these different modalities. We understand that healing is complex and requires the integration of these modalities to support self-transformation. Working in the medical community for the past 20 years, Martha Southwick, FNP continues to respect the knowledge and dedication of many in the medical community but realizes healing comes from many different modalities. Just looking at the physical body doesn't always improve peoples lives. We provide a safe and uplifting environment to anyone desiring a higher level of joy, love, peace and agency in their life. Looking at the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of healing, we support healing thru integrating many healing modalities.
