Tia Andrews is one of our clinicians at Collective Recovery. Tia is a Licensed Master level Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependence Counselor. She is a graduate of Jackson State University of Jackson Mississippi. Tia has over 10 years experience working with both individuals and families. Her interests include crisis intervention, forensics, and chemical dependence.

Meet the team Tuesday!

Shannon joined Collective Recovery as our business manager in September 2018 to help the company secure the Joint Commission accreditation, which is the highest commitment to excellence in the Behavioral Health industry.

Shannon and her husband previously owned successful broadcast industry service companies that provided closed captioning services, under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), to major network broadcasting companies.

Following the sale of their companies, Shannon was recruited as a HR specialist by a West Michigan company focused on Elder Care. With her historical business background and senior management experience, Shannon provides a value-added asset to the mission of Collective Recovery.

Shannon has her own ties to recovery, and she believes in the mission of Collective Recovery. She values the unique opportunity to help clients in their journey of sobriety.

In her free time, Shannon loves to spend time with her family and her grandchildren. She actively participates in the recovery community and loves to read and enjoy the outdoors.

Meet the team Tuesday!

Jack Summers joined Collective Recovery in May 2024 and works as a Certified Peer Support Specialist amongst other roles. With a wealth of personal and professional experience in recovery, Jack plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through their journey toward sobriety.
In his capacity as a Peer Support Specialist, Jack draws on his own experiences to offer genuine, empathetic support to those facing addiction challenges. As a Sober Living Manager, he oversees a structured, safe environment where clients can build a foundation for long-term recovery. Through his work as a Case Manager he ensures that each client receives tailored resources and guidance to support their unique needs.
Jack’s dedication to supporting others in their recovery is at the heart of his work. His compassionate approach and hands-on involvement with clients reflect his commitment to helping individuals rebuild their lives with confidence and hope.
In his free time, Jack loves to spend time with his cat and dog, do yoga, and spend time hiking in the mountains.
